'Man me hai Vishwas' by Vishwas Nagare Patil. Published by Rajhans Publication in Marathi Language.
Subject/Story information:-
Autobiographical book of Vishwas Nagare Patil. The book is the complete journey from a topical village lad to the IPS officer. The book is in different parts which deals with the different stages of his life, his struggle in life and his achievements.The author has focused on his struggle during his study. The expectations of the parents and same expectation proved as motivation for the author. It also deals with the before and after getting the post, the treatment he got before and after being selected in Indian Police Services.
The cover page of the book has the dashing photograph of the author in uniform, the cover photo seems apt to the title of book as it's full of self-belief. It appeals the readers to read it. The back page is with the auther's message and signature. The book is devoted to the heros who sacrifice their life is 26/11 attack. The book is the complete balance of the village life and his journey towards the respected designation. This is the story of the village boy who aspire to be an IPS officer. He was shifted to Mumbai for the preparation of the exam.
Language Style and Presentation:-
It's written in Marathi in first person narration in an autobiographical manner, due to the first person narration, it feels that as if the readers are actually interacting with the author. The presentation of the events in his life is very realistic and the language is heart touching enable the readers to feel very close to the story. It's very easy to understand for the readers.
Benifits/Message:-
The book gives us the strong message that there is no short cut to the success. Every barrier can be overcome with the strong will power and dedication It has a wonderful message for the all the youngsters and specially those who are aspirations to get enroll in Indian Civil services. Thus this is the best book to keep oneself motivated and keep a away from frustration.

The movie Pavankhind is Biographical - Historical - Emotional - Musical Family Drama. The movie is based on battle between Veer Bajiprabhu Deshpande (Bandal Sena.) and The Siddhi Masud (Soldiers of Adilshahi Sultanate. It's the story of one of the historical battle at 'Pavankhind' earlier known as Ghod Khind. The greatest warrior from the army of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj faught bravely at Pavankhind. Hence the title of the movie is very much important as it reminds create the eagerness among the audience about the great battle. 
Star cast/Protagonist :-

The movie is produced by Almonds Creations and presented by AA Films. Written and directed by Digpal Lanjekar.
Central idea of the movie:-
The film is based on the greatest rearguard fight in the medieval history of India. This fight is regarded as the epitome of the integrity and the obedience shown and the promise kept by Veer Baji Prabhu Deshpande, the commander of Shivaji Maharaj who rearguard his way when he had broken the siege of Siddi Jauhar to the fort Panhalgad and heading towards the fort Vishalgad via a route through a very narrow mountain pass called ‘Horse Pass’ as barely a two or three horse riders could comfortably pass from it at once. Baji Prabhu Deshpande had blocked the pass for five and half hours with a company of 300 soldiers and had ensured a safe passage to Shivaji Maharaj who was being chased by a mighty Adilshahi army of 10000 led by Siddi Jauhar. Baji Prabhu Deshpande sacrificed his life only after listening to the cannon fires from the fort Vishalgad as promised to Shivaji Maharaj.
Message of the film:-
The life of Baji Prabhu has great teaching for all of us. It gives us the message the loyalty for the master and for the swarajya. The movie gives the message of importance of the loyal commanders who can manage the situation and ready to sacrifice of his life.
Your opinion and recommendation:-
In my opinion the movie Pavankhind is worth watching as it's based on the greatest History of Chatrapati Shivraj Maharaj and his warrior who sacrifice his life for the sake of Shivaji Maharaj. I strongly recommend you to watch the movie.

Dinkar wanted to give him some food, but he did not have it. So he continued on his way. On his way, he saw a deer who was very thirsty. He wanted to give him some water, but he did not have water. So he went on his way ahead.
Then he saw a young man who wanted to make a hut but he did not have woods. Dinkar asked his problem and gave some woods to him. In return, he gave him some food and water. Now he went back to the old man and gave him some food and gave some water to the deer. The old man and the deer were very happy. Dinkar then happily went on his way.
One day Dinkar fell down the hill. He was in pain, couldn’t move and no one was there to help him. Fortunately, that old man saw Dinkar, he quickly pulled him up the hill. Dinkar had many wounds on his legs. The deer whom Dinkar had given water saw his wounds and quickly went to the forest and brought some herbs. After some time Dinkar felt well. All were very happy that they were able to help each other.

The most challenging admission interview for UKG:
This happened in one of the schools in Bangalore where admission is considered impossible to get a UKG/PG3 admission
The child could not understand why they brought her there..
The room had the parents, the teacher & the Principal and then the school principal started to converse with the child....yes...in English only!
This is one of the most memorable interview ever read in my life..
Here goes..
"What's your name?"
"Sita"
"Good. Tell me something you know"
"I know many things. Tell me what you want...!"
Alas, there is no better point for not getting the admission!
Sita's mother was trying to make up the situation but the principal stopped her..
Turning to child, she said.. "Tell any rhyme or story which you know.."
Again,"Which one you want.. Rhyme or Story!?"
"Ok. Plz tell me a story.."
"Do uou want to hear what I studied or what I wrote..!?"
Taken to surprise, she asked "Oh! you write stories...???"
"Why should I not write..?"
Now even I was taken aback But she was impressed with the answer. She ( including us) would have not heard such a story in our life...
Ok, tell me the story which you have written-?
Sita said
One day "Ravanan kidnapped Sita & took her to Srilanka"
The opening scene failed to impress but still she encouraged the child to continue..
"Rama asked Hanumans” help to rescue Sita. Hanuman too agreed to help Rama ..."
"Then?"
"Now, Hanuman called his friend Spider man."
(No one expected this twist in the story!!)
"Why?"
"Because there are lot of mountains between India and Srilanka.. but if we have Spiderman we can go easily with his rope..."
Principal - “But Hanuman can fly isn't it.. ?"
Sita- “Yes. But he is having Sanjeevi Mountain on one hand so he cannot fly very fast.!"
All is quiet, after a while Sita asked "Should I continue or not?.".
"Ok plz continue!"
"Hanuman and Spiderman flew to Srilanka and rescued Sita. Sita said Thanks to both!"
"Why"
"When you are helped you should say Thanks!"
So Sita requested Hanuman to call Hulk..."
All were surprised.She realized our curiosity and said " Now Sita is there, so to take her safely back to Rama she called Hulk"
Teacher - “What??? "Hanuman can carry Sita right?"
"Yes. But he has Sanjeevi Mountain in one hand and has to hold spider man on the other"
No one could control thier smiles. " So when they all started to India they met my friend Akshay! "
"How come Akshay there now?"
"Because its my story and I can bring any one there!"
The principal didn't get angry but waited for the next twist
Then all started to India and landed at Bangalore majestic bus stop!
Now I asked,"Why they have landed In majestic bus stop?
"Because they forgot the way..& Hulk got an idea and called Dora!"
I came to know about Dora only there...!
"Dora came and she took Sita to malleshwaram 5th cross ..... that's all!"
She finished the story with a smile.. 😀
The principal asks "Why malleshwaram 5th cross...?"
"Because sita lives there & i am Sita!!!"
The principal was impressed and embraced the child. She has been admitted in UKG & was gifted with a Dora doll...
Kids can really amaze... but we clip their wings (creativity) expecting them to do things as we see it right & not from their viewpoint.
Let's give every child freedom to do their own thing & watch their dreams come true...
